Separate model identity from a sales label
Identify ROX 01 explicitly in your enquiry. China-market documents may use the Chinese model name 极石01 (Jishi 01). ROX ADAMAS is a separate product; a brand name alone does not identify the vehicle you intend to buy. Ask for the original vehicle description, production information and photographs that correspond to the candidate. Retain the original wording alongside any English translation so that differences can be checked later.
Use dates that answer the right question
Production date, advertised model year and first registration describe different events. A later registration does not establish a later factory specification. Ask the seller to identify each date separately and explain gaps in the record. If you accept several years, define the equipment and condition that remain essential throughout that range instead of treating every year as interchangeable.
Record seating and battery version together
Manufacturer configuration information distinguishes seat and battery choices. Do not infer one from the other, or apply a current specification page to an older candidate. Put the original version description, approved seating and documented battery specification in the same comparison sheet. Compare markets through individual functions
A global brochure is useful context, but it does not prove that a China-market vehicle has the same software, connectors or equipment. Request photographs and demonstrations of functions that affect acceptance. Discuss the language and connected-function checks before describing overseas usability to a customer. Separate confirmed functions from those still awaiting a demonstration or written clarification.
Keep substitutions visible
If a different year or version is proposed, ask for a revised comparison showing what changes. A similar exterior is not enough to approve a substitute. Include condition, seating, battery details and required accessories in the decision. Preserve the earlier offer so that a changed vehicle cannot accidentally inherit inspection results or equipment promises that belonged to the original candidate.
Build an identification pack
A practical pack combines vehicle identification, original configuration, dates, current photographs and unresolved questions. Record who supplied each item and when. Use this pack when preparing the dealer quotation request so commercial terms refer to the same candidate you reviewed. If no individual vehicle has been located, describe the document as a sourcing brief and avoid treating reference specifications as confirmed inventory.
