Separate the vehicle from the scene
ROX 01 promotional imagery includes outdoor-use equipment and staged settings. Such images do not establish the accessories included with a particular car. Ask for a current list and photographs of the candidate’s fitted and loose items. Distinguish manufacturer equipment, separately supplied accessories and items shown only for illustration so your customer understands exactly what the offer contains.
Start with usable luggage space
Describe the luggage or equipment the buyer expects to carry and the number of occupied seats. Request dimensions and photographs with the required rows in use. Space shown with seats folded is not a substitute for a fully occupied travel arrangement. The seating guide helps align passenger capacity, row access and practical luggage checks before optional equipment is added to the discussion.
Identify roof equipment precisely
If roof-mounted equipment is requested, obtain its make, model, fitting description and relevant documentation. Ask suitable professionals to review compatibility and the applicable vehicle and accessory instructions. Do not infer load limits from a lifestyle image or assume that an existing installation was performed correctly. Keep the cost and scope separate when equipment is proposed as an addition rather than already documented on the candidate.
Review condition and completeness
For a used accessory, ask for condition photographs and an inventory of fittings, covers and other supplied parts. Where operation can be safely demonstrated according to the instructions, request evidence of that demonstration. Note missing components and any proposed replacement. Include accessory-related damage or mounting concerns in the vehicle inspection instead of treating attractive add-ons as a reason to skip the underlying body and roof review.
Keep functional claims within the evidence
A fitted accessory does not establish a towing, loading or off-road capability. Refer capacity and installation questions to the correct vehicle records, instructions and competent professionals. If a buyer needs a particular use case, make it a requirement to verify rather than a promise derived from appearance. Be equally clear about equipment that is unavailable, untested or outside the supplier’s stated scope.
Make an itemised acceptance record
Use an item list to record description, quantity, condition, included price scope and outstanding checks. Attach photographs where a general label could describe different products. Carry the agreed list into the handover record and verify that loose items are accounted for. If the vehicle or equipment changes before dispatch, update the list and seek a decision on the actual revised offer.
